How to Add an App to your Subscription Plan
Before you can publish your App, or add video / audio files to an App, you need to add the App to your Subscription Plan as a 'Paid App'. Follow the simple steps below to add an App to your plan.
Note: Once an App has been added to your plan it cannot be deleted or removed. If required, the backup and restore features can be used to convert 'Paid Apps' to different templates, or to replace an existing 'Paid App' with another App altogether.
After logging-in, select 'Profile' from the drop-down menu below your 'Username' (as shown above). Your 'Profile' page will open (see below).
|
Select 'Subscriptions' on the Profile page as shown above. The 'Subscriptions' page will open (see below).
|
On the 'Subscriptions' page, select the Subscription Plan that you wish to add the App to. Click on the 'Plan Name' indicated in the left hand column (e.g. 'Basic'), as shown above. The 'Subscription Profile' for the selected plan will appear on a new page (as shown in the next step).
Note: In most cases only a single Subscription Plan will be indicated, however if you commenced a Subscription Plan and later cancelled the plan, recommenced a new plan, or upgraded a plan, be sure to carefully check the Plans listed to make sure you select the correct plan.
|
At the bottom-left of the 'Subscription Profile' page, identify the line which indicates "To add more applications to this plan click here". Click here as required.
|
1. Select the App you wish to mark as 'Paid' from the drop-down menu (as shown above).
2. Click the 'ADD' button as shown above. This is the final step. The chosen App will be added to your Subscription Plan as a 'Paid App' and will be able to be published under your plan.
Now that the App has been added to your plan, you can include video files and/or audio files within the App as required.
Important: Once an App has been added to your plan it cannot be deleted or removed. If required, the backup and restore features can be used to convert 'Paid Apps' to different templates, or to replace an existing 'Paid App' with another App altogether. |
